Troubleshooting
Test Cases are missing. My Test Plan / my User Story definitely has Test Cases, but I cannot see them inside.
A Test Case is usually not displayed for a person when a person has no access to it. Most often, this happens when a Test Case is assigned to a Project and/or Team the person is not a member of. To resolve the issue, you have two possible options:
- Assign/move the Test Case to a Project and/or Team the person is a member of
- Assign a Person to a Project/Team the Test Case is related to
The order of Test Cases in Test Plans is unexpectedly changing
If a Test Case is related to many Test Plans, and you reorder it inside one of Test Plans, it's order in all other Test Plans will be changed accordingly. This behaviour is temporary so far and will be fixed soon.
