Platform Enhancements

• We have improve performance of widgets on Dashboards by implementing lazy loading
• We have implemented a retry strategy for failed incoming emails
• We have added an ‘Installed’ icon next to the solutions users have installed in Solutions Library
• We have improved stability of CSV Import by implementing parallel processing and synchronization
• We have improved Automation Rules. In case of technical infrastructure issues, system will keep retrying automations for three days instead of one hour

The following issues have been fixed:

• Resolved an error where Custom Fields were missing from history changes and transitions reports for some entities (#658629)
• Corrected an issue where parent/epicLink swapped between Targetprocess-Jira in certain cases (#638707)
• Fixed a bug where the settings would not open when the Live Chat widget crashed (#688268)
• Resolved an error where integration user could not log into Service Desk either with login/password or with SSO (#680496)
• Fixed a bug where batch actions failed under certain circumstances (#688421)
• Fixed a bug where the custom report widget setup was not automatically cloned when cloning the dashboard (#678727)
• Resolved an error where an error message was displayed incorrectly when both custom drop-down and regular drop-down were selected in QuickAdd (#689236)
• Fixed a false-positive error message about duplicated fields in Quick Add settings (#693643)
• Resolved an error to remove the required custom field from Quick Add settings when it is changed to non-required (#692749)
• Fixed an error where metric was not recalculated when an entity was deleted in certain cases (#682388)
• Fixed an issue with invalid regexp processing that resulted in incorrect Bitbucket entity linking in certain cases (#693729)
• Fixed a bug in which CSV Import initiation and actual start times were not displayed while in the profile (#685770)
• Corrected an CSV Import error that occurred when relations have two lookup edges (#692708)
• Fixed a bug where CSV Import required a password field when importing new users (#690837)
• Fixed an issue in CSV Import where the first column name in the input file was not recognized in certain cases (#689799)
