Owing to the new Microsoft Exchange DMARC Policy Handling update (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/exchange-team-blog/announcing-new-dmarc-policy-handling-defaults-for-enhanced-email/ba-p/3878883), we recommend all customers using MS Exchange mail server to authenticate your domains in Apptio Targetprocess email provider (Sendgrid).
It is possible to use your domain address in the "Form" field for notifications sent by Targetprocess. You can set it up at Settings -> Email notifications:
MS Exchange has started to enforce this policy recently, so if you use your domain name as a sender for Targetprocess email notifications, they may stop working in the nearest time.
With the recent MS Exchange updates, it now requires authenticating this domain in our email provider (Sendgrid) due to DMARC policy.
Please check how the DMARC works:

For further assistance, please contact our support team at www.ibm.com/support. In your case, add the domain name to authenticate so that we can expedite the help process. Our support team will make the necessary changes in email provider settings. However, you will have to add DNS records on your domain side to verify this authentication.
