Solution Overview

Team and ART PI Objectives help align the efforts of multiple teams within an Agile Release Train. They ensure that all teams are working towards a common set of goals and objectives during a specific Planning Interval.

The solution enables ART PI Objectives and Team PI Objectives with a possibility to connect Features to ART PI Objectives and Features, User Stories and Bugs to Team PI Objective.

For each Team PI Objective you can define the following details:

Planned BV – defines the Planned Business Value of this Objective
Actual BV – defines the Actual Business Value of this Objective
Committed – defines if the Objective is committed or not

Solution Configuration

Before installing the solution, please, rename Release (Program Increment) into Planning Interval.
