Private Solutions 1.0.0

Solution Overview

The solution enables a possibility to create Private Solutions to users who logged in via Frontdoor. They are only visible to the person, who created it, on any Targetprocess account he has admin access to. It's needed when you'd like to create a new solution to keep it in your library or when you want to move the elements from one account to another.

When the solution is installed, you'll see Sign In option on the top right corner in Solution Library.

Note: Give it about 5 minutes to get the functionality enabled on your account.

Simply log in with your credentials, and Create Solution option will appear.

From now you can create your Private Solution. Add all the needed elements, specify the Name and Version of the solution, provide solution Description, and add Release Notes if needed.

All your private solutions will be visible on any account Targetprocess, where you logged in via Frontdoor in My Solutions section.

Solution Versions

If you'd like to introduce some updates in the solution, you can create a new Version of your solution. Click Actions on the right, click New Version to do that.

When you have several Versions of your Private Solution, you can see them on the Versions tab. Any

Comparing to Public Solutions, you can install any version of the solution at any time. Versions are handy here, if you'd like slight variations of the solution for different clients.

Share Solution

There is also an option to share your Private Solution with someone else.

Just type the email address of the person who has access via Frontdoor, and they'll start seeing this solution as well.

Note: Private Solutions can't be created when Admin SL mode is on. So please disable it to create a Private Solution.
