There are three places in Targetprocess where keyboard shortcuts are available: views (Boards, Lists, Timelines, One-by-one views), entity views (the window that appears when you open a card), and Quick Add popups.
You can review all available shortcuts by pressing: "ctrl" + "/" ("cmd" + "/" for Macs).
In this window, there are three sections: "Board is opened", "Entity is opened", and "Quick Add is shown". If you opened this window from an area where shortcuts can be used, a blue "You are here" marker will appear over the relevant section. You can only use the keyboard shortcuts that apply to the area you're currently working in.
Shortcuts will not work if another web application (such as a Google Doc) is open within Targetprocess.
If there are no shortcuts available from your current area, the system will display a yellow "There are no shortcuts in current context" marker below the header of the shortcuts window:
Keyboard shortcuts were made available in Targetprocess v.3.9.3; you will need to update your account to this release in order to use them.
