It is possible to generate and copy link to views, reports, dashboards that will store personalised settings of a user who generated such link.
By opening such links, user-specific data will be replaced by the values embedded in this link.
Settings that are embedded into link to Views:
- Values from Project and Team context filters, Quick filters
- Zoom level
- View type
- Hide empty lanes
- Show relations
- Global and local date ranges for Roadmaps
Settings that are embedded into link to Reports and Dashboards:
- Values from Project and Team context filters, Quick filters
In case user do not have access to all the items from filters, 'Any value' will be set instead. In case user do not have access to some of the items from filter, only values available for them will select.
Copy link item is available under Actions menu and in the context menu from Left menu:
Click on 'Copy link' and send it to you colleagues. We recommend to notify them that some of their view settings may change, cause currently there's no revert option.
If you don't want user's settings to be updated, copy the url from your browser and send it instead.
