2. Help Desk Portal

You may post your requests via Help Desk Portal and track requests states, discuss requests, view related user stories and bugs. Help Desk Portal available at http://helpdesk.targetprocess.com

3. Support Forum

Visit our Support Forum and post your questions, suggestions, and feedback.

4. Email

Shoot us an email to support@targetprocess.com (Emails are answered within one business day). If you have question about integration (Web Services API or plugins API) you may send your requests to oleg@targetprocess.com.
