Community Edition FAQ
Q. Why it is free?
We just want to support agile community. If you have a small team that needs agile project management software for any reason TargetProcess will be free for you. If you need to run a pilot project it will be easy with no restrictions.
Q. What if I need 6 users pack?
In this case it will be required to purchase 6 full licenses. Community Edition allows to have 5 licenses, if you need more, you have to migrate to On-Site or On-Demand Full Edition.
Q. Can I upgrade to full edition later?
That is not a problem at all. You may just purchase required amount of licenses.
Q. Why don't you provide On-Demand community edition?
It is in plans. We are going to purchase several servers exclusively for On-Demand Community Edition. So far only On-Site edition is available.
Q. Is there any difference between community edition and full edition?
There is no difference in functionality. Community Edition has exactly the same features set as full edition. There are only two restrictions: Community Edition allows to have up to 5 users only and provided with no support.
Q. Is there any expiration date?
No, TargetProcess Community Edition is free forever.
Q. How about support?
Community edition provided with no email or phone support. You may communicate on our discussion forum.
