TargetProcess On-Demand costs $25 per user per month. There are no setup fees or up front payments.

Q. Is the subscription for the On-Demand service automatically renews each month?

Yes, it is. You are receiving notifications with each renew.

Q. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Definitely yes.

Q. Where are the servers located?

In United States and United Kingdom.

Q. Do you make database backups?

We provide daily database backups and access to all backups via FTP. You may download backups and store them locally if you want. This would make it easier to migrate to the On-Site solution later.

Q. How about upgrades?

Upgrades are included in the price. We upgrade the On-Demand solution right after the official new release announcement.

Q. Do you provide a money back guarantee?

TargetProcess On-Demand is not refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Q. Can I purchase additional licenses later?

Yes. Just order new licenses from the Buy TargetProcess page, and they will be added to your account within 24 hours.


Terms of Service

This Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and TargetProcess ("Licensor") for the TargetProcess On-Demand Service. BY USING THE TargetProcess On-Demand, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the terms of this Terms of Service, do not use TargetProcess On-Demand.

1. ACCOUNT TERMS

  1. You are fully responsible for all content posted under your account.
  2. You should not use TargetProcess On-Demand for any illegal purpose.
  3. You must not hack TargetProcess On-Demand in any way.
  4. You must not transmit any destructive code (for example, viruses).

2. BILLING, CANCELLATION and MODIFICATION

  1. TargetProcess On-Demand is billed on a monthly basis and is non-refundable.
  2. You can cancel your account at any time. You should contact TargetProcess directly for cancellation.
  3. TargetProcess has the right to suspend or terminate your account and terminate current or future use of the TargetProcess On-Demand for any reason at any time. Termination may result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account. In this case TargetProcess will provide a full replacement of TargetProcess On-Demand service with hosted solution.
  4. TargetProcess may at any time modify or discontinue TargetProcess On-Demand.
  5. TargetProcess may at any time modify the cost of TargetProcess On-Demand following 30 days' notification from TargetProcess.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. TargetProcess will maintain the security of TargetProcess On-Demand.
  2. TargetProcess will provide daily backups of Customer Data.
  3. TargetProcess will use commercially reasonable efforts to make TargetProcess On-Demand available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  4. Technical support is available via email.
  5. Licensor does not provide warranty that TargetProcess On-Demand will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
  6. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE LICENSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING TargetProcess On-Demand.
